Goals
This module will not focus on basic MATLAB syntax; MATLAB tutorials
are omnipresent on the web, and most students already have a basic grasp
of the syntax. Instead, the goal of this presentation is to discuss some
of the features of MATLAB which are particularly useful, yet are not
well-covered by existing tutorials or for which good documentation is
scarce.
The example code shown in this talk was run and verified using
MATLAB 2012a, although most of it should work with slight
modifications in GNU Octave as well.
