Gift Opportunities
If you are interested in supporting the
Cornell University Center for Advanced Computing (CAC)
with a gift or you are interested in a partner relationship, please contact Paul Redfern
via Email
or 607-227-1865.
Examples of gifts to CAC are software grants by industry leading companies such as
Fluent; and education grants, such as the sponsorship of
computational biology undergraduate
internships by IBM.
The endowment of post-doctoral fellowships is among many gift giving opportunities.
If you would like to make a gift to
Cornell Computing and Information Science
(CIS) to support research, education, or its new building initiative, please contact
Justine Schaffner, Director of Development and Corporate Relations, Computing and Information Science
via Email. The
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
has awarded $25 million to Cornell to support the construction of a signature building for
a planned information campus that will bring together several units of the Faculty of
Computing and Information Science.
William H. Gates Hall
is projected to cost about $50 million. Expanded construction beyond the signature building
is planned, based on support from Cornell and additional donors.
