XSEDE Education and Outreach
CAC is partner in the NSF Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE). Our education and outreach roles include training and campus bridging, e.g., the Cluster Software Distribution Project. Visit
national resources to learn more.
Small businesses, corporations, universities and other institutions engage with CAC through the Center’s Partner Program. Over 75 organizations have participated.
CAC operates and maintains SAGE, the Science and Arts Gateway for Education.
Developed by CAC, this award winning gateway provides K-12 educators and
students with links to lesson planning and learning resources in science,
mathematics, and the arts.
CAC maintains a list of selected publications written by our staff and Cornell researchers and their collaborators. Case studies are also available.
arXiv provides open access to over 1 million electronic preprints written by researchers from around the globe. It is owned and operated by the Cornell University Library, the Simons Foundation, and by member institutions. CAC staff provided programming consulting services to arXiv.
CAC visitors may request a tour of Cornell University’s primary machine room located in the 7th floor of Rhodes Hall.
