Computational Biology Service Unit
The Cornell Center for Advanced Computing provides the
CBSU
high-performance computing and consulting support. The CBSU is a domain specific Research Service Group
focused on enabling research in the life sciences.
Systems and Consulting Support
Systems supported include a 252 node Windows cluster and assorted servers.
The Center also supports CBSU’s IT infrastructure and provides consulting support on emerging HPC technologies such as Web services.
Other CBSU resources include a 425 node Linux cluster and a Compute Cluster Server (CCS) cluster, Microsoft's new HPC platform.
